1) Chehray ke Daagh Dhabbe:

4) Paaon ke Talwon ki jalan:

Agar paaon ke talwe jalte hoon to Subah Sham Aloevera ka gooda (past) nikal kar usse talwon ki malish karen.

5) Dil ki tez dhadkan aur pait main gases:

Dil ki tez dhadkan aur pait main gases banne se rokne ke liye Saunf (fennel) aur sookha dhaniya (coriander seeds) each 25grams saaf kerke pees len aur is main thodi si shakar (sugar) mila len aur subah sham ek ek camach len.

6) Nazar ki kamzori:

Nazar ko behtar banane ke liye aur kamzori ko door karne ke liye 7 badam(almonds) pees kar aadha chamach saunf (fennel) aur aadha chamach misri ke saath rozana istemal karen nazar behtar hojayegi.

7) Garma main aankhon ki jalan aur surkhi:

Garma ke mausam main aankh laal hone aur jalan ko door karne ke liye 5 ya 7 aamle kisi mitti ke piyale main raat ko bhigo den. Subah pani chan kar is se aankhon par cheente maaren fayeda hoga.

8) Bachon ke pait main keede:

Bachon ke pait main keedon se chutkarah pane ke liye Kameela ka powder 3g subah sham den.

9) Paaon ke adiyon ka phatna (Cracked Heals) aur jalan:

Paaon ke adiyon ka phatne aur jalan se bachne ke liye 10g kaccha suhaga, 10g phitakri aur 10g gandhak le kar inko pees len. is main petroleum jelly mila kar raat ko sote waqt adiyon par lagayen. kuch hi din main farq ho jayega.

10) Motapa kam karne ke liye:

Motapa kam karne ke liye pisi huwi kalonji aadha chamach ek glass pani main ubal kar subah nahar pait aur sham ko istemal karen.

Ek glass pani main kalonji ke tail ke chaar panch drops aur ek limo ka ras daal kar subha sham regular ek mahine tak istemal karne se motapa kam kiya jasakta hai.

11) Sardi Zukam kam karne ke liye:

Sardi Zukam ko kam karne ke liye pani main haldi daal kar ubal len aur phir koi shal waghera aodh ka uski bhaap len aram mehsoos hoga.

12) Cheenko ko control kane ke liye:

Hara Dhaniya ko kuchal kar uska pani nikal kar soonghne se cheenkon ko control kiya jasakta hai.

13) Naak se khoon aana:

Naak se khoon aane ko rokne ke liye bhi hara dhaniya ka pani nikal kar soonghne se aram ho jayega:

14) Naak ki badbo:

Naak ki badbo door karne ke liye chutki bhar phitakri thode se pani main mix karke naak main dalen fayeda hoga.

15) Chote Bachon main peshab ki jalan:

Chote bachon main peshab ki jalan ko door karne ke liye pani main piyaz (onion) ko kuchal kar 60g cheeni mila len. subha sham 2 se 3 chamach ye pilayen.
