  3. Mausam e Barsaat- (Rain)
 Aur in Mausamon Mein Jo sabziyan kasht ki aur paida ki Jati Hain wo neeche Diye gaye mahino mein Paida hoti hai.

  • Mausam e Garma: Maidani ilaqoon me January se April aur pahadi ilaqoon me March se May tak sabziyon ko ugaya jata hai.Ye mausam e garma ki sabziyan kehlati hain.
  • Mausam e Sarma: Maidani ilaqoon me July se November  aur pahadi ilaqoon me February ki baraf bari khatam hone ke bad april me paida hone wali sabziyan mausam e sarma ki sabziyan kehlati hain. 
  • Mausam e Barsat: Maidani ilaqoon me july se august tak aur pahadi ilaqoon me is mausam me sabziyan paida  nahi hoti. Garma ki sabziyan aakhir me mausam e barsat ki sabziyan bhi kehlati hain.

  • January: Ye patjhad ka bhi mausam hota hai jab aalo(putato) ki kheti hoti hai aur is month ke aakhir me jab mausam e Bahar shuru hota hai to aalo pak jata hai aur market me aajata hai aur aakhir tak mirch bhi paida hoti hai aur doosri Garma ki sabziyan bhi jese kaddu, Kharbooza, bhindi, turai, tarbooz, tinde, baigan, karela, tamatar aur band gobi booi jati hain. tambako aur shakarqand bhi isi maine me boi aur tayyar karli jati hai.

  • February: Is mahine me kheera, kharbooza, tinde, kaddu waghera kasht ke liye tayyar hona shuru hojate hain. Baigan aur Tamatar ki beej tayyar karli jati hai. phool gobhi, bhindi, turai aur gajar bhi tayyar hona shuru hojate hain. Haldi, ganth gobi aur sohanjna(Drumstick) ki bhi shuruat hojati hai.

  • March: Ab Tamatar pakna shuru hojate hain. kheera, kakdi, tarbooz, kharbooza, tinde, kaddu aur karela bhi tayyari ki taraf badhata hai. bhindi, tuari, aalo aur haldi bhi tayyar horahi hoti hain. Phool gobi, chappan kaddu aur arvi bhi isi mahine me apne pakne ke raste ki taraf badhte hain.

  • April: Aalo, baigan, bhindi, turai, haldi, soybean, shakarqand(sweet potato), kulfa aur adrak. Ye sub isi mahine me pakna shuru hojate hain.

  • May: Aalo, kharbooza, pyaj(onion), haldi, shakrqandi aur bhindi, turai aur baigan isi mahine ki mashoor sabziyan hain.

  • June: Tinde, ghiya turai, lamba kaddu, gol kaddu, halwa kaddu, kheera, bhindi, turai, kala baigan, tamatar, pakki mirch, hari mirch, aur pyaj isi mahine ki paidawar hain aur isi mahine me ye pak kar tayyar hojate hain.

  • July: Gobi, tinde, tarbooz, kharbooza, kheera, moli garma ki, ghiya kaddu, gol karela, hari mirch, shimla mirch, haldi, adrak, shakarqandi aur baigan isi mahine me paidawari ki taraf badhte hain.

  • August: Phool gobi, ganth gobi, gajar, moli, shaljam, baigan, tamatar aur hari mirch is mahine ki khaas paidawar hai.

  • September: Aalo, phool gobi, matar, palak, dhaniya, methi, salad, shaljam, moli, gajar, pyaj, adrak, arvi aur shakarqandi aur haldi is mahine me paidawar ki taraf badhte hain.

  • October:Phool gobi, ganth gobi, band gobi, tamatar, baigan, matar, shaljam, gajar, moli, chuqandar, methi, salad, haldi, aalu, pyaz, lehson, sonf, ajwain, zeera sufaid, aur cheeni kaddu ki kasht is mahine me poori hoti hai.

  • November: Salad, dhniya, palak, methi, Phool gobi, ganth gobi, band gobi, matar, shaljam, hari mirch, aalu, haldi, gajar, shakarqandi, arvi, adrak, cheeni kaddu is mahine ki khaas paidawar hain. aur is mahine me sub se zyada sabziyan market me aati hain.

  • December: Pyaj, hari mirch, aalu, adrak, haldi, phool gobi, ganth gobi, matar, shaljam, moli, gajar, palak, salad, methi is mahine ki khusoosi paidawar hain.
