Castor oil yani ke arandi ka tail ke istemal karne ke bahut se fayde hote hain .ye tail paudhon ke beejon se hasil kiya jata hai aur zyada tar eastern Africa aur Hindustan jayse ilakhon main paya jata hai aur iski kheeti bhi ki jati hai.
