Taro Root { Arvi } [Mardana Taqat ke liye Faidemand Sabzi]


Arvi ek mazedar pasandeeda sabzi hai jo ke jad (Root) ki sabzi hai. Hamare mulk me arvi khai jati hai aur uske patte phenk diye jate hain. Balke doosre countries me jahan arvi pai jati hai arvi ke saath uske patte bhi tal kar fry karke  khae jate hain joke mazedar aur faidemand hote hain. 




Ye Barsat ke Mausam ki sabzi hai


Ghizai Ajza(Nutrients) 
Arvi me nashasta(starch) aur
Vitamin C paya jata hai aur iska mizaj sard (thanda)  hota hai kuch Hakeem use na sard na garam medium likhte hain magar jab use alag pakaya jae yani sirf arvi sada hi pakaya jae to wo sardi ki taraf jati hai. Agar use gosht ke saath arvi gosht ki sorat me salan(curry) banakar pakaya jae to  uska mizaj medium hojata hai. 


Khasiyat Aur usse ilaj
  • Aravi ek mardana khurak hai. Ye mardon ke liye behad faidemand ghiza hai. Mani yani sperm ko gaadha karti  hai aur mardana taqat ko badhati hai.

  • Gurde kidneys ke duble pan ko khatam karti hai. 

  • Arvi ko salan banakar istemal karte rehne se insan mota hojata hai. 

  • Aurat agar arvi ka istemal kare aur wo maa hai to uska doodh badhta hai. 

  • Arvi blood pressure ko khatam karne ke liye ek kamiyab sabzi hai. 

  • Arvi skin problems me faida deti hai aur dry skin aur jhuriyon ko khatam karne me madadgar hoti hai. 

  • Peshab(urine) aur masane(bladder)  ke bimariyon me arvi ke salan ka istemal behad faida deta hai. 



Arvi pakane ka sahi treekha ye hai ke pehle use cheel kar namak lagakar kuch der ke liye rakh de. Uska pani nikal jane ke baad use dhole aur alag handiya me masaale waghera lagakar bhoon le. Uska shoorba banakar khana sahi nahi hai kyonke shoorba banakar khane se in bimariyon me faida nahi rehta. 


  • Usme dar cheeni (cinnamon) aur long(Cloves) zaror dalkar pakana chahiye. 

  • Arvi ka istemal Barsat ke Mausam me zyada karna chahiye. 

  • Arvi aanto(Intestines) ke dryness ko door karti hai. 

  • Arvi chest ke dryness ko bhi door karne me kaam aati hai. 

Side effects :

  • Arvi ko pakate waqt uske saath masaalon(Spices) ka istemal zarori aur lazim hai agar masaalon ka istemal na karenge to ye sudde paida karti hai.



  • Arvi balgham paida karti hai. 



  • Der se Hazam (digest) hoti hai aur gasses paida karti hai. 



  • Wo log jinko pet ki bimariyan hain ya gasses ka problem hai ya khansi hai wo arvi ka hargiz istemal na kare. Aese log aalo aur kachalo bhi khane se parhez karna chahiye. 



  • Wo log bhi jinko gasses ka zyada problem hota hai arvi ka istemal na kare. 



  • Kali mirch(black pepper), ajwaen, zeera aur anar dana ke saath arvi ko pakane se ye jald hazam digestive hojati hai.
