Spinach Benefits and Nutrients | Palak Ke Faide aur Nuqsan |



Spinach yani palak hamare yahan use palak ki bhaji bhi kaha jata haai.
Palak duniya bhar me pai jani wali sabzi hai jo ke kasrat ke saath istemal ki jati hai. ye chote bade patton wali wo sabzi hai jo saal bhar rehti hai aksar gharon me palak ko besan me milakar tal kar khaya jata hai jise palak ki pakodi bhi kaha jata hai jo ke bahut hi mazedar hoti hai aur khaas kar jab barish horahi hoti hai us waqt iske pakode banakar khaya bhi jata hai jo barish ke lutf ko char chand laga deti hai.

  • Sar dard walon ko palak ka istemal nahi karna chahiye aur wo log jo tilli ke badh jane ki bimari me hoon unhe bhi palak ka saag nahi khana chahiye.
