Baigan (Eggplant) wo mashor sabzi hai jo duniya bhar me salan ya curry banakar istemal kiya jata hai. Baigan ko aksar alo, arvi, gosht waghera ke saath banaya jatha hai aur sirf saada paka kar bhi khaya jata hai. English me baigan ko Eggplant ya brinjal bhi kaha jata hai.
Kaha jata hai ke baigan sabziyon ka raja hai aur iske sar par taaj hai jistarah iski tareef ki jati hai bilkul usi tarah iska salan bhi bahut hi mazedar banta hai aur behad lazeez hota hai.

Nutrients ( Ghizai Ajza )

Side Effects

  • Baigan khoon ko kharab karta hai use zyada khaya jae to ye mani yani sperm ko khatam bhi karsakta hai. magar balghami mizaj walo ke liye aisa nahi hai unhe har haal me faida hi dega. 
  • baigan ka zyada istemal bhi sehat ko bigad deta hai use kabhi kabhar hi istemal me lana chahiye.
  • wo log jinhe neend kam aati hai baigan ka istemal na karen.
  • Aur jisko bawaseer hai wo bhi baigan ko khane ke liye istemal na kare balke jaisa upar batlaya hai dawa ke jaisa istemal karsakte hain.
